About the song ...

My mom was such a big supporter of my music and music education over the years, taking me to countless piano and drum lessons, and “putting up with” many loud jam sessions that often went into the wee hours of the morning. This song is in her memory.

Pictured below is the old family Fender Rhodes. I was able to transport the vintage keyboard home this summer and use it on this recording.

My older siblings used this instrument in their band back in the 70's and 80's, I used it for my High School rock band, and now it has seen action once again.
